🍝 Creamy Chicken Mozzarella Pasta Recipe
🛒 Ingredients:
- 600g chicken breast
- 400g pasta (any type)
- 2 red onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 350ml tomato purée
- 500ml fresh cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 150g grated mozzarella cheese
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- In a pan, melt butter and cook the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add tomato paste and purée. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Pour in the cream and stir well. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add back the chicken, and then the cooked pasta. Mix everything together.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Top with parsley and serve hot!
